Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. We recommend that you carefully read the following notes detailing our return policy:
Returns of non-defective merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and unused, within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the product.
Returns of defective merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with all factory packed accessories within 10 days. Incomplete returns will receive a credit reflecting any missing accessories.
Special ordered merchandises and Bath and Safety items are non-returnable.
The customer may choose to receive a product exchange or a credit by the same means payment was made.
» Prior Authorization
Scooter Direct does not accept any return without a valid Return Authorization Number. Please call 1-800-987-6791 for a a Return Authorization Number.
» Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our warehouse. In the case of a defective exchange, Scooter Direct will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replaced merchandise. Returned product must arrive no later than 10 days after issuance o a Return authorization Number.
» Re-stocking Fee
Customer will be liable to pay 15% re-stocking Fee for their returned products.
» Return Shipping Address
All Returns must be shipped back to the below address unless we specified a different address when you call for a Return Authorization Number.

» Refund Processing Time
All credits will be processed within 2 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Provided all the return policy conditions above are met. (Processing may be slightly extended during the holiday season).
